    Buffet Timings:
    • Breakfast     8.30 AM to 9.30 AM
    • Lunch            1.00 PM to 2.30 PM
    • Dinner           8.00 PM to 9.30 PM
    IMP:
    • "We follow buffet system."   All meals are served in our common dining area which is in the entrance of our farm house. This will make us to serve you better. We do not provide any room service and kindly don't take food to rooms.
    • For people who want to cook their own food a kitchen, dining hall with required cooking utensils, cleaner will be provided with extra cost. Prior intimation is to be made.
    • Loud music is not allowed.

    Reservation is strictly for families, married couples, group members, school camps, corporate teams and team members only.

    Guests must bring photo copies of ID proof having photograph for record purpose.

    We may at our own discretion and without liability or cost to ourselves at any time cancel or terminate the guest’s booking in the event of illegal or incompatible behaviour of the guest, who shall in such circumstances not be entitled to any refund.

    Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

    RIGHTS OF ADMISSION RESERVED: and we also reserve the right of cancellation of Bookings.


    Booking policy

    Bookings have to be made in minimum of a week in advance with a fifty percent (50%) amount transferred directly into our bank account. For long weekend and festival seasons the advance amount will be 100%. Confirmation cannot be guaranteed unless advance payment is made. Balance amount is to be settled at the time of check-in.

    As we are a farm stay we do not have any arrangement to take credit cards / debit cards so kindly pay in cash.

    Children below 11 years are charged 50%.


    Cancellation Charges

    1. 10% of tariff for cancellation prior to two weeks before check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date).


    2. 30% of tariff for cancellation less than two weeks and one week before check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date).


    3. 50% of tariff for cancellation less than one week before check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date).
